We’re Franny and Charlotte, two moms living in sunny Miami with a shared vision: to create zany, vibrant prints that will last a lifetime, remind you of the nostalgic joys of childhood, and bring a joie de vivre into your every day. 

As a trained artist, Franny infuses each design with the unexpected and a love for the hand-crafted process. Charlotte, coming from a career in tech, brings a passion for thoughtful, purposeful innovation to every aspect of our brand.  

We both come from a background of tangled cultures - Charlotte is half French and lived in Paris for years before moving to Miami; Franny’s husband is Dutch and they lived in the Netherlands; Both of us grew up on the east coast, and love to mix inspiration from our European and New England background with the tropical, art deco landscapes that surround us in Miami to create our unique designs.

We are both moms to two crazy kids each.  Our children are a huge raison d’etre for our brand, with the name Maison Elocine being a mix of the names of our first born daughters: Eloise and Capucine.  We hope the products we create can be ones we hand down to our kids, who hand down to their kids… and we craft each piece with the vision of it lasting in style and quality to be passed on and loved by future generations!
